if you want a 360, get one they are cheaper then a wii.
The wii does have a wireless controller. Is there a wire connected the wii remote to the console? No. so that means its wireless
you can get a wireless nunchak controler i have one cost me like $15 bucks hell of alot less then other wireless controlers
semms like you just created a new profile just to make this very poor topic which is very sad as you fail to make a point other than you don't like the Wii-mote, although it is wireless so you need to think before you make silly topics.

The remotes are what makes the Wii worth while. If you want old fashioned controllers get the 360 and the better game library, but the problem with the old controllers is they are terrible on FPS and worse than motion controllers on other games (coming from PC gaming, I can't see how anybody plays first person games on PS360 -- it's not an enjoyable experience for me, the controls feel like they are moving the characters in slow motion). The Wii would sell worse than the Game Cube if it weren't for the motion controls.
It is wireless and it's still just as much of a controller as the 360's is. Think of a better topic to bash the Wii with.
Wiimote+nunchuk > 360 controller.

360 is not cheaper, lets see whya 60 gb hdd is 100a wifi adapter is 100 game= 60 and 200 =460 plus the tax would bring it up morewii is250 no need to pick a game but go ahead 50 300 which is cheaper ,wii wii is already wifi ,wii dont need no hddwii dont even need a game it comes with wii sports but the game still makes it only 300 , making it 160.00 cheaper then the 360 isthe arcade is nothing cheap about it, sure the inital purchase is 50 less but think about all the things you need in the long run and the game alone cost 10 dollars more then wii , so it brings it 10 dollars more then wii , even without the hard drive
The Wii Controller is what makes the Wii unique. If you changed the controller, then you might as well change the Wii.
The Wii Remote is awesome! Don't like it, get a 360 or a PS3.
there is a total wireless controller out. where the chuck dont need to be connected to the remote. got amazon i think i saw them there.
