I went with Pokemon. I love a lot of the Nintendo franchises, but I cannot think of one that I have gotten more play time out of than Pokemon.

I'm a huge fan of most of these franchises, so its hard to choose. I had to put Poke'mon b/c, like the previous guy, it gave the most playtime. Some zelda and metroid games got somewhat repetitive and I felt like I was solving the same puzzles and levels over and over. Poke'mon has ultimate replayability, especially if you play with freinds.
What, no love for metroid? I don't expect it to be above Zelda or Mario, but pokemons quality hasn't been so great lately and what are these other franchises that are better than it?

Metroid is good series, but it's just not loved the same way compared to the others. Especially the JP market. I wouldn't be surprised if Nintendo having an American dev take over the series, killed it JP. (don't quote me, I'm just saying it wouldn't surprise me if the sales were low)Zelda is my favorite, I just hope they don't drag *** with the next installment, and it's epic. Unlike TP....
Voted for Metroid, because it has a much better ratio of good/bad games than Zelda. Considering the only Zelda games I stuck around to finish were LoZ 1, 2, LttP, and Link's Awakening... all of the 3D Zeldas were way too easy to qualify as Zelda games, IMO.
no other nintendo game has the depth and playablity of a pokemon game

I went with Zelda but it is very very close for me. Kirby, Pokemon, Mario, DK ........such a hard choice, I love them all!
I went with zelda, but I tell you what, metroid is really growing on me! And if Punchout wii is a success, it will be punchout.
Legend of Zelda will always stand out for me! :-)

Mario's Time Machine I don't know who developed and Published it.Super Mario Sunshine was also really fun but I can see how people don't like it.
Hmmm... mario has had some mis-steps. Seriously, why hasn't Nintendo explored more with SMB3? As many unique powerups and new ideas as that brought, and the 17million+ copies they'd since sold on the original copy, not to mention all the sales of the rerelease editions on GBA and the VC download.



Never liked any of the LoZ games. Period.



Pokemon... I like the critters, but the game gets seriously boring after a while.



Metroid really took off with Super Metroid. We need another like it. Seriously.
