Club Nintendo help

First off, I'm sorry if I'm doing wrong by not posting this in an official topic or something.

I've been registering games to get coins and 4 of my games: Animal Crossing Wild World, Metroid Prime Hunters, Mario and Luigi Partners in Time and Advance Wars Dual Strike---all didn't work. By didn't work I mean I didn't get the points from them. I know the first one of those I registered was Advance Wars DS and I think I must have used a lower case letter which caused the game to register, but not bring up the survey I needed to get the points or something. I don't really know. This also happened with Mario and Luigi. Then the club kept making me sign back into my account over and over and I tried registering Animal Crossing and Metroid, but it would log me off after I registered the game for both so I didn't get the survey again. If the survey is what gets you the points, like I think it must be..is there a way I can take them still? I really don't want to waste that 120 points. Thank you.

I just sent that email to the nintendo customer service and hope to get a reply eventually, but was wondering if anyone here knows what's up and what I can do. Thank you.Club Nintendo help
They aren't supposed to work. For some reason Nintendo excluded a bunch of their games.
