Nintendo Wii. Got me more excited than m ...

I got a 360 in 2006, and i was very very pleased. As time went on, they released numurous hit games, that i could find myself playing over and over again. Then they started releasing un-original cheaply developed games. They started focusing too much on graphics, not gameplay. It annoyed me,so much as for me to not even ask for any xbox 360 games, but instead a wii, and a couple of games with that. I am more excited about a wii, which has about the graphic equevelant of my computer from 2003, and doesn't really have a whole lot of media options, such as media center, movie rentals, a beefy 120gb HDD, or any other goodies like that. What i think is funny, is that despite the lack of features, i am still more excited about getting my wii than i was about my xbox 360 a few years ago. Graphics, can't compare, and come to think of it, neither does the online features next to the web browser, but yet i am still more excited. Anyway, i am also receiving call of duty world at war for the wii. From anybody elses perspective, how is it? Are the controls going to be difficult to pick up on? I cant wait to play it, now tell me what kind of homebrew i can get to running on the system, cause i know it has to have something. Thanks.Nintendo Wii. Got me more excited than m ...
Make sure to read the forum header and the stickied threads at the top of each forum before posting a new topic. The forum header explains that comparing consoles is only allowed in the System Wars forum. While your comparison here isn't malicious or anything (which is often the case), it still isn't allowed because it takes the focus off the Wii and threads that do that often go down the tubes from insults and passive aggressive fanboy rants in the replies. ;) Also, as the ''read before posting'' stickied thread explains, discussion of homebrew is not allowed whatsoever on the Gamespot forums because of the legal issues that follow it. If you have any questions, feel free to PM me. Welcome to the forums. :)
