It'll probably depend on what type of game you're looking for. Twilight Princess has much more room for exploration, a storyline that is easier to follow (mostly by how it's presented) and it presents a game that requires much less backtracking. Corruption is an amazing game, don't get me wrong, but I still prefer Twilight Princess. Not to mention, I think Twilight Princess will take you longer to bear with a better replay value after you finish it.
I think that you should pick Zelda TP, it's a great game with a interesting history that doesn't depend on the previous games of the series... On the other hand, MP3 demands you to play MP and MP2 first, in order to really enjoy the Wii version.
I like MP3 better. I think that Zelda TP isn't very good. But thats my opinion.

TP, but get metroid when you have the chance
Both games are fantastic but Metroid Prime 3 is harder than Zelda Twilight Princess.
