You don't know that.

Every Resident Evil game has been on a Nintendo system since the series first started.
Making Galaxy level graphics = time, resources, and money.
Making sub Galaxy level graphics = cheap, easy, and it seems a ridiculous number of copies of games will still be bought, so why not?

MGS 4 will be on 360 well before RE 5 will be on Wii.

They would need to make a different version for the wii from the ground up, regardless of how other games look.

And I doubt Capcom is making an RE for Wii again, because RE4 and Umbrella Chroncles were the last seen on the Wii. And Capcom seriously sounds like they really want higher graphics for their big series, such as Street Fighter and Resident Evil. I don't know about Mega Man though.
Because not all games have Galaxy's budget, dev, and production time.

They don't have thoses graphics because some Game developers are having some problems making the Wii games like Xbox 360 and PS3 games.
Well, then the dumbest thing Nintendo has ever made was to put crappy Wii graphics capability. It could have had a lot more better games and all the multiplataforms.
Why are you and so many so-called ''gamers'' caught up on graphics? I'd rather have a game with below-average graphics but fun gameplay (like Blast Works) than a game with above-average graphics and tired, uninspired gameplay (Galaxy).
All developers do not have the budget or talent that nintendo has. Galaxy stood out to me more as a artistic achievement.
the devs are lazy and uninterested in the wii. either that or they just suckRE5 wont come to the wii, but it will probably be ported to the next gen nintendo console like past resident evils were remade or ported to the GC
It's just too expensive to do that I think. They always compromise to get just OK graphics, smaller price-tag and get it on the market quicker etc. Same old story.

hmmmm...I can't believe no one here has mentioned this yet. While alot of what the people here have said is true, most games don't have graphics like Galaxy because they don't want to have graphics like Galaxy. Take Super Paper Mario for example, the goal of the developers was to make a world with a papery look, they did not want Galaxy graphics they wanted Super Paper Mario graphics.
