They were rightin saying that the lack of engaging gameplay from the Smackdown series is the reason why I am relutant myself to buy Smackdown vs Raw 2009. DOR2's gameplay is still LEAGUES ahead of the pretty much corny Smackdown series, and it is time for the better features of the past to make a return.No Mercy can't return due to licensing issues, but the same core gameplay could coome back with altered rosters on WiiWare or something. Heck, I'd but that at retail. Whatever WWE and THQ do, I just hope they bring back the awesome-sauce from the Nintendo/WWF/E games from the past 10 years.
