Where's the Internet Channel update?

There was supposed to be an update for the IC (In December), that would allow you to have up to 5 tabs at the same time, and I think (not sure) update the Flash Player to 8 or 9.Maybe it could come tomorrow, since Nintendo updates Wii Shop things on Mondays. I'm just not sure if it is still happening.(This was on gonintendo.com a while ago) Where's the Internet Channel update?
