thanx GHWT and RB2

Well, to make matters worse, I'm receiving conflicting information about the compatibility between GHWT and RB2. Numerous websites have charts showing that the Rock Band 2 software works with Guitar Hero World Tour instruments, but not the other way. Yet, many 'experts' at various local stores say that it doesn't. Has any one tried it yet?thanx GHWT and RB2

Thanx for the link above. I talked to a guy at Gamestop and he had a chart that said it wouldn't work. Even the people at BestBuy said it wouldn't work. Where, I had seen the chart you provided earlier. Luckily, he let me buy Rock Band 2 as a precautionary 'gunea pig' and with the understanding that I could bring it back as a store credit. And, the result was................IT FRIGGIN WORKED with GHWT devices. The only thing was that the joystick on the drum set didn't work. So, you have to use the Wii Remote buttons (no biggie). Hallelujah, i'll be jamming through Christmas.Thanx again for the link, and thanx again to the Gamestop people.
